WHO SAYS "POLITICS CAN'T BE FUNNY"?

In the latest GOP debate one of the funniest moments happened during presidential nominee hopeful Rick Perry's explanation of his plan. It's what we simpleton's call a "brain fart" hahaha!

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3 REVIEW: Booooo!!!

Yoooo I just checked out the new Paranormal Activity 3 and although I kept hearing people say, "Awww don't go see that s#%t it's stupid", and "man I heard it's not good, it's phony", from my point of view I thought it was good. In fact, and I'm ashamed to say this, but I was scared as hell. Now I saw the other two movies just cause I'm a movie buff and I thought they kind of sucked. But this one, mannn let's just say I was the first person in the theater to jump. In fact I jumped and cursed out loud.

The great thing about the 3rd edition of this franchise is way more action. The ghosts don't just show up at the end of the movie. Their presence is known probably ten minutes in. It's some real FREEKY scenes in their. Nooo not that kind of freaky... Yes spooky freaky (Keep your head out of the gutter).

It's not Halloween season anymore but if you want a good scare check out this movie. I like this movie so much I'll take you a little secret... as I was leaving the theater I smelled boo boo in the air. Yea that's right... I think somebody in the theater was so scared they s%#t themselves.

But this is just one man's honest opinion. We've come along way from "The Blair Witch Project" (remember that?).

Anyways check it out for yourself and as always... Holla!

Very Funny Post-Halloween Treat!

On this past week's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live he requested for parents to play a trick on their little treaters (Get it?.. Achmone takes a walk of shame).
The host of the abc show asks his home viewers to send video tapes of their children being told that their parents ate all of their trick or treat candy from the previous nights. The response is hilarious. It's basically "Kids Say the Darnedest Thing: The Halloween Edition".

It's sad but these kids temporary tears fill me with so much laughter. Am I a jerk for that? Maybe. But you watch the clip and try not to laugh, if you can.

Anyways, Holla Back!

NEXT TO SHINE: "FRANK OCEAN"

A rising star has been heard in the music scene known as Frank Ocean. This young singer-songwriter from New Orleans is best known for his hit song and heavily radio played tune "Novacane" but follows up the success of the record with a album and debut EP entitled Nostalgia, Ultra. Although the song "Thinking About You" is not necessarily featured on the ep, it is still one my favorite recently released tracks from the upcoming artist.

After Hurricane Katrina devastated his hometown of New Orleans, Frank Ocean moved to Los Angeles to pursue his music career. There he joined the controversial group OFWGKTA and performed in venues across the globe.

I'm sure there is much more fantastic music to be heard from this new artist, but for now enjoy this uploaded track, and cop the album Nostalgia, Ultra for your listening pleasure.

Kevin Hart "Laugh At My Pain" Review

I just checked out the movie/stand-up comedy in theaters, Kevin Hart's Laugh at My Pain. The movie to be honest has some high and low points, but all around it's an okay film. Good enough to be in the theaters? Maybe not. But it's a great dvd to have on movie night.

The movie starts out as a short documentary as Kevin's takes the viewers into his past in Philly. Not only does he recall events from his past but he shows his love for his family during a family dinner with cameras capturing some emotional moments for the new comedy king. Later Kevin takes a walk to some of his favorite childhood hangouts as many of his fans follow the star through the streets of the Pennsylvania neighborhood.

After the short documentary Kevin Hart performs his stand-up. Although the set by the performer has some hilarious moments, his material definitely correlates to the title. The comic digs into tragic family moments and turns most of them into funny jokes. It is obvious that this set by Kevin Hart is not only a hilarious performance but therapy for the comic.

There is also a short film by the comedian, but speaking as a fan... I wish that part of the movie could be deleted. But hey I'm just one man speaking his opinion. Check the film out and give me your feedback.

Intro Post For LM

"It's been too long..." - B.G.

And yes, that is how I will start my blogging career. This may be labeled for Achmone+KJ but this is LM or, as I will have updated to, "Koper". No, I'm not a hacker. I'm just a fan of the philosopher..

(2 cookies for the first commenter to tell me who and his major breakthrough)

Anyway, that ain't the point. The point is the music. And my first post is for an unconventional pick (get used to it) but dope musician coming out of ATL. It's an emcee (what's so speci..) that so happens to be a woman that is truly amazing. Dizzying, abstract content paired with a technician's flow ? Jaw dropping hip-hop and one of the better releases this year. Take the barbie wig off for a second and just elevate.

Koper. Out.

New Date Movie Goes Hard!

Well I just got home from a cool date and we checked out the new romantic comedy (for girls and guys) "Friends With Benefits". The movie stars two of the hottest from young Hollywood in the beautiful Mila Kunis who starred in movies like the Book of Eli, as well as her retired role as Jackie in That 70's Show, as well as Justin Timberlake from pop group N'Sync and movie Black Snake Moan. These two young stars shine off of each other with their great chemistry and intriguing appeal. What's starts off as a movie about two people being dumped by their respective lovers, turns into a journey between the two dumpees and they frequent humping with no clothes on.

Although, this movie is not completely original with the release of "No Strings Attached" with Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman not a year old yet; this movie has some surprisingly funny scenes especially from the wacky Woody Harrelson.

You know Woody Harrelson from his back in the day role in the infamous "White Man Can't Jump". In this movie Woody plays an ad executive who works for GQ magazine and relationship adviser to Justin Timberlake. Woody's character has the macho of Wilt Chamberlain and the sexual preference of RuPaul. IT'S HILARIOUS!!! If you want to check this movie out I suggest you find yourself a hot date and enjoy.

The Hangover Part II Review

Just checked out the latest installment of "The Hangover" franchise and it is funny! Now most of the critics who've recently updated their reviews have not thought as highly as us average movie goers, but that's why you have to see the movie for yourself to get your own perspective. I will say as a person who likes to laugh myself I sure did get my money's worth from this film.

Now when the movie starts out you think it may be a little stale, but after they wake up from their night of raging your reintroduced to the reason you felt in love with the first film. Most of it is just like the first one with a few wacky cameos and dumb scenario, but they've added a bunch of twists to the new version. To put it plainly, it's a bunch of crazy ass shit in this round of the Hangover. Check it out and tell me what you think.

SAD DAY TO BE A BUCKEYE

If you haven't heard in this weeks latest news Coach Jim Tressel, coach for the Ohio State Buckeye Football program for the past decade, has resigned from his position. This sudden course of events may be in fact just the tip of the iceberg for the highly criticized Buckeye program of late.

Being that I currently reside in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio I will try not to be biased, but speaking from the viewpoint as a fan it's almost impossible not to be. I will say that this latest bit of information has stunned Buckeye nation and now the legacy of a cherished program is tarnished. Now it seems that finger pointing will now take the place for what could have been a Championship minded season.

All of this chaos surrounding allegations of misconduct and illegal players stems from events during the 2009/2010 season where a handful of Buckeye players sold some earned memorabilia to local car dealerships and a known tattoo parlor in exchange for pocket money. Although, it may have been justified why the gentlemen sold their belongings. The NCAA has ruled suck events as illegal in the college sports environment. And currently in the eyes of NCAA Division I sports, the NCAA is the law.
Now there are several major arguments going on right now in the ESPN Sportscenter community: 1. Is it wrong to sell memorabilia belonging to you, even though you have earned these items and have ownership over these items?, 2. Who is to blame... Coach Tressel for trying to cover for his players and salvage their season probably being looked at going further as a traitor, or The Buckeye players for selling their items in the 1st place, 3. Should Terelle Pryor return for his Senior year or should he try for the NFL even if he's not NFL ready?

The Terminator's Side Piece Top Story

Have you been watcing the news for the past few weeks. Forget gas prices or the debt ceiling dilemma we have here in the U.S. The biggest headline that seems to be streaming through the internet and on the lips of every anchor is our country is Arnold Schwarzeneggar's baby mama drama. Now this is sad, but I know Maury was thinking, "Damn why couldn't I got that shit on my show". Could you imagine that? "In the case of 10 year old Miguel, Arnold you are... (commercial break... return and pause for effect) YOU ARE THE FATHER"! That shit would've been bananas son!

But on the real that's pretty jacked up. Not only did he supposedly have an affair for more than a decade, but it was with the loyal maid that worked in the house. Now that's pretty jacked (actually fucked up). That's a cold motherfucker lmao. I heard the wife and maid were tight too.
I can't help but imagine every time the wife would vex the maid in some kind of way the maid would think to herself, "That's why I'm fucking your man hoe".
Now it looks like Arnold is going to pay child support and alimony. On the plus side I bet we're about to see mad Arnold Schwarzeneggar movies, for real.

Kanye West/Rihanna in "ALL OF THE LIGHTS"

What can I say about this track other than it's dope as hell! Kanye brings that alternative Hip-Hop that I dig completely. Also I have to respect him putting Kid Cudi in the video for his vocals towards the end and Rihanna being risque (even though we are starting to expect it)... ha ha.

I don't know what's up with the little girl in the video, but this is not the 1st time I've been lost in one of Kanye's videos.
Check out the video that has over 30 MILLION HITS ON YOUTUBE WOWWW!
